In the case of Outsourcing, employees will enter into Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT) with us. However, for recruitment personnel, we only charge a recruitment fee, and their employment agreements are made directly with the client company. Recruitment personnel are not under the supervision of CITUS.
